NON WARRANTY SERVICE

All our work is 100% guaranteed with a 1 year parts and labor warranty at residential locations or a 1 year parts warranty and a 90 day labor warranty at commercial locations.

WARRANTY ON SYSTEM REPLACEMENTS

After replacing your air conditioning system, an additional crucial step will be completed by our staff. We will register your new air conditioning system’s extended warranty if it is available. Air conditioner warranties do not have to be complicated and they will give you peace of mind that your system will function normally throughout its lifespan.

Manufacturer vs. Installation labor Air Conditioner Warranties
There are two air conditioner warranty types, the manufacturer’s parts warranty and our installation labor warranty. Together, the two warranties will cover your new HVAC system for a limited period of time and will be disclosed at all times.

Manufacturer’s Warranties:
The manufacturer warranty guarantees your air conditioning system against defects in the components. The manufacturer warranty protects you if a major component fails during the warranty period. The manufacturer’s warranty covers large system components, but requires you to regularly maintain the system.

Our Installation labor Warranties:
This type of warranty comes from Air Right. It guarantees our workmanship for the installation. This warranty is important because system performance depends heavily on whether the system was installed properly, and even if problems arise after the warranty has lapsed Air Right your trusted contractor will always provide support.

Residential:
Generally, all our work is 100% guaranteed by a 1 year parts and labor warranty on newly installed equipment, as well up to 10 year factory parts warranty (Always see manufactures limited warranty information).

Commercial:
All our work is 100% guaranteed by a 1 year parts and labor warranty on newly installed equipment, as well up to a 5 year factory compressor warranty (Always see manufactures limited warranty information).

AVAILABLE EXTENDED WARRANTIES

Advantages of Purchasing a Warranty
There are some advantages to having HVAC extended warranty. One significant advantage is that when the manufacturer’s parts or our labor warranty has expired your extended warranty will continue to provide coverage and peace of mind. Your warranty also adds value to the home, and is transferrable if you sell the home. The flexibility of coverage is also useful, covering only the years you choose. And when any kind of service is necessary, your warranty often receives service priority.

Types of Warranties
The different types of HVAC extended warranties generally allow you to select an extension period of additional coverage for parts replacement, and/or labor costs beyond our included warranties. The replacement parts may be costly, but labor is just as costly and often more so, in addition makes having labor coverage a worthwhile investment.

Residential:
Most residential new equipment if registered with the manufacture may come with up to a 10 year limited parts warranty (Always see manufactures limited warranty information), extended labor and parts warranties may cover up to 15 years.

Commercial:
New commercial installed equipment by Air Right comes with a 1 year labor and parts warranty from the startup date and generally a factory 5 year compressor warranty (Always see manufactures limited warranty information). Extended parts only, labor only or parts and labor warranties are available.
